You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to return your items. No stress—we’ve got plenty of time for you to decide!
✨ Return Eligibility
To make sure we can process your return smoothly, please ensure that your items meet the following:
Unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
With all original tags and packaging (we like to keep it pretty!)
Free of makeup, deodorant, or pet hair (because we want your next owner to be as excited as you were!)
💖 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on:
-Final sale or clearance items (once they’re gone, they’re gone!)
-Earrings and intimate accessories
-Custom or personalized pieces made just for you
🔄 How to Return
Returning your Blissful Pink order is easy and stress-free! Just email us at [blissfulpink@outlook.com.au] with your order number and reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll send you a return shipping label, if needed.
💸 Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your return and give it a little love, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s all set.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour are totally possible (subject to availability), so don't worry—your perfect match might still be available!
📦 Return Shipping
For most returns, there’s a $14.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, don’t worry—we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
